“Colonial Day” on Woodbury Meeting’s grounds

“It was great to see so many folks coming out for Colonial Day on Saturday, May 14. Mainstreet Woodbury had a magician, live music, arts & crafts, and a vendor with delicious honey products set up on the grounds. We enjoyed giving tours and met some really nice people! Needless to say, it gave us all a chance to think back on early Friends who settled in South Jersey.  The Colonial period was not only a time of  colonists in the New World re-thinking their relationship to their countries of origin, it was a time for people to think about about their relationships to their fellow man and to the meaning of Liberty for All.“
