Puzzles, Games and Art Supplies available in the Ocky Dining Hall

Fiber & other Arts Materials for all ages available in the DeMartini Craft Center to use as you please. (Children Welcome with adult supervision).

 

Friday, Sept. 29:

4:00 pm      Check-In & Confirm sleeping cabin/lodge. Printed Schedules and Maps Available

4:30 - 7:00  Drop off your Art to Show at our FQA Art show (DeMartini Craft Center)

5:00 - 6:00  Tie dying (Ocky Dining Hall Side Porch)

6:00 - 7:00  DINNER - Meals at Ocky Dining Hall

7:00 - 8:45 Intergenerational Activities & Welcome to TriQuarter Gathering:

Drum and Percussion Circle (Ocky Dining Hall) with Mimi Scalia  - NOTE: Logistics Committee has ideas too

9:00   HAYRIDE under the Stars (Meet outside Ocky Dining Hall near parking lot)- Transportation to observatory & bonfire

8:00 – 10:00  Guided Stargazing (OBSERVATORY) NOTE: If rainy, could we do an Open Mike in Dining Room instead??

9:00 – 10:00  Bonfire/Sing-Along - bring your instruments (Hayride goes to- ROBINS ROOST)

10:30 – YAF Social

 

Saturday, Sept 30:

All Day:  “ReCREATE & Take” art tables open (DeMartini Center) - All Ages, children with adult supervision

7:30-8:00  Meeting for Worship Chapel by the Lake

8:00 - 9:00  BREAKFAST Buffet

9:15- 9:45 More Tie Dying! (Ocky Dining Hall Side Porch)

9:30 - 11:30  Drop off your Art for the FQA Art show (DeMartini Craft Center)

9:15-11:15  AM Workshops - Choose through Online registration:

     1 – “ A Quaker Growing Up in the Jim Crow South” (friend of Dietrich)

     2 – African Drumming Workshop( Tom Reisher & friends)

     3 - Watercolor Painting (Meed B)  

     4 - Low Ropes Course  (Meet at Dining Hall)  Old Clothes and shoes suggested that can be changed. 

     5 - Children's Program               

11:30 - 12:30  LUNCH Buffet

12:45 – 2:45 PM Workshop choices:

     1 - Nature Walk with(ask YMCA Camp of Pines staff/ Doris asked Pinelands Alliance and they might have someone to lead if YMCA camp does not) - Meet at the Amphitheater outside of the Dining Hall

     2 - “ Communicating Across the Divide”  (Braver Angels organization)

     3-   High Ropes (Meet in the Dining Hall)

     4 - Childrens' Program (Meet in the Dining Hall)

 2:45 - 5:30 Kayaking and Canoeing

3:00 - 6:00  Art Show Opens  (DeMartini Craft Center)

3:20- 5:00  Performances and Art Reception ( DeMartini Art Center)                                           

5:15-6:15   Dinner Buffet(by camp staff)

5:45  1st HAYRIDE Meet outside of Dining Hall - Ending at Ocky Dining Hall for Dancing

6:30 – 8:15 Square/ Contra Dancing (Ocky Dining Hall) - Young Friends & Young Adults Encourage us to Come Dressed Up

8: 15  Ice Cream Social

8:45 (9:00 latest camp wants) -  2nd  HAYRIDE under the Stars - Drop off at Robin’s Roost & Camp Fire

9:15  Campfire/Sing along and Instrument Jam (outside ROBINS ROOST)

10:30   YAF’s (Young Adult Friends) Social

 

 

Sunday, Oct 1:

8:00 – 9:00  Yoga with Mimi for Every Body (BEACH AREA, if rainy: Armando Pavilion)

9:00 – 10:00 - Breakfast Buffet

10:00 - 12:00 Children’s Programming

10:00 - 11:00  Meetings Connecting & Talking to Each Other?

11:00 - 12:00  Meeting for Worship (Amphitheatre/Bowl outside Ocky Dining Hall)

12:00 – 1:00  LUNCH Buffet

1-3:00 FQA Art Show open (DeMartini building)

1:15-3:15   Woodturning with Marty Richter(next to DeMartini Center)
