Tri Qtr Gathering 2023 Schedule

  • Puzzles, Games and Art Supplies available in the Ocky Dining Hall
  • Fiber Arts Materials for all ages available in the DeMartini Craft Center to use as you please. (Children Welcome with adult supervision). 

Friday, Sept. 29:

4:00 pm      Check-In & Confirm sleeping cabin/lodge. Printed Schedules and Maps Available 4:30 - 7:00  Drop off your Art to Show at our FQA Art show (DeMartini Craft Center) 5:00 - 6:00  Tie dying (Ocky Dining Hall Side Porch) 6:00 - 7:00  DINNER - Meals at Ocky Dining Hall 7:00 - 8:15  Intergenerational Activities & Welcome to TriQuarter Gathering:
  • Drum and Percussion Circle (Ocky Dining Hall) with Mimi Scalia  
  • Introductions & Connecting Games
8:15 Ice Cream Sundae Social  (Ocky Dining Hall) 9:00   HAYRIDE under the Stars (Meet outside Ocky Dining Hall near parking lot)- Transportation to observatory & bonfire 8:00 – 10:00  Guided Stargazing (OBSERVATORY) 9:00 – 10:00  Bonfire/Sing-Along - bring your instruments (Hayride goes to- ROBINS ROOST)  

Saturday, Sept 30:

All Day:  “ReCREATE & Take” art tables open (DeMartini Center) - All Ages, children with adult supervision 8:00 - 8:30  Meeting for Worship Chapel by the Lake 8:30 - 9:30  BREAKFAST Buffet 9:00- 9:45 More Tie Dying! (Ocky Dining Hall Side Porch) 9:30 - 11:30  Drop off your Art for the FQA Art show (DeMartini Craft Center) 9:45 - 11:45 AM Workshops - Choose through Online registration:      1 - Watercolors & Meditation with Meed Barnett (Douglas Lodge)      2 - The Quaker Testimonies with Gary Smith (location TBD)      3 - Low Ropes Course  (Meet at Dining Hall)  Old Clothes and shoes suggested that can be changed.       4 - Children's Program  (Meet in the Dining Hall) 11:45 - 12:45  LUNCH Buffet 1:00 - 3:00 PM Workshop choices:      1 - Nature Walk with Ellen Preston - Meet at the Amphitheater outside of the Dining Hall      2 - “Walking the Talk: How Do We 'Be?' “  with Joan Broadfield (Douglas Lodge)      3 - High Ropes (Meet in the Dining Hall)      4 - Childrens' Program (Meet in the Dining Hall) 3:00 - 5:30 Kayaking and Canoeing 3:00 - 6:00  Art Show Opens  (DeMartini Craft Center) 3:30 - 5:15  Performances and Art Reception ( DeMartini Art Center)                                            5:30 - 6:30  Dinner Buffet(by camp staff)6:30  1st HAYRIDE Meet outside of Dining Hall - Ending at Ocky Dining Hall for Dancing 7:15 - 9:00 Square Dancing (Ocky Dining Hall) - Young Friends & Young Adults Encourage us to Come Dressed Up 9:00 2nd  HAYRIDE under the Stars - Drop off at Robin’s Roost & Camp Fire 9:30 Campfire/Sing along and Instrument Jam (outside ROBINS ROOST 10:30   YAF’s (Young Adult Friends) Social

8:00 – 9:00  Yoga with Mimi for Every Body (BEACH AREA, if rainy: Armando Pavilion) 9:00 – 10:00 - Breakfast Buffet 10:00 - 12:00 Children’s Programming 10:00 - 11:00  Meetings Connecting & Talking to Each Other - What are we going through? Suggested Topic - Outreach and First Day School - for  Adults and Young F/friends (Amphitheater/Bowl) 11:00 - 12:00  Meeting for Worship (Amphitheatre/Bowl outside Ocky Dining Hall) 12:00 – 1:00  LUNCH Buffet 1:00 - 4:00  
  • 1:00 - 3:00  Woodturning with Marty Richter (outside DeMartini Art Center under the porch) - All Ages 
  • FQA Art Show open (DeMartini building)
