Inviting all Friends ages 18-35ish to events for Young Adults during the week of Annual Sessions, July 27-31. On the schedule below, you will find opportunities to share physical and virtual space, break bread, laugh, cry, tend to each other, critically engage with one another, and relax. After RSVP-ing for below for YAF events, head over to the Annual Sessions webpage and register because we need your voice as part of our all-ages community, especially at Meeting for Business. Attend one or all times that work for you on the schedule, which has times spread out across the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Wednesday, July 27th
5:00 pm- 9:00 pm- Welcome Program at Arch St Meeting House. Come for pizza, snacks, and the opportunity to see each other in person again and then stay for Eppchez's dynamic opening keynote at 7:30pm. Come for food and fellowship and stay for music and movement.
Thursday, July 28th
9:00 pm-10:00 pm- YAF Gathering with Attention to Grief and Resilience. We will gather virtually via Zoom and use this space to be with each other. With so much violence and pain happening every day, this an opportunity for you to bring your big feelings, worries, desires for a changed world, ideas, action items, and more in waiting worship together
Friday, July 29th
7:00 pm- 9:00 pm- Business Meeting followed by Game Night.
Sunday, July 31st
11 am - 6 pm- YAF Beach Day. Join us at Brigantine Beach for the day. Come and let the salty waves rinse you whole and clean, a ceremonious and beautiful start to your week. Carpool is available. Please reach out to staff for questions and concerns about accessibility.
