The 41st annual Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Powwow is taking place this year! As usual, the pow-wow is set for the second weekend in June - this year, the 11th and 12th - on the Salem County Fairgrounds, Woodstown, NJ. MC is Keith Colson and Arena Director is Urie Ridgeway. Gates open at 10 AM, Grand Entry at 12 Noon; Sunday Prayer Circle Ministry at 10 AM. Powwow time brings dancing, drumming, singing, Indigenous arts and crafts vendors, and food for celebrating. We encourage friends and friends of friends to accept this public invitation (video) and show up to support "our community's home tribal nation," the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribe; see their website: www.NLLTribe.com . PYM First Contact Reconciliation Collaborative Friends will be on site, surely taking up spontaneous chats of reconnecting; hope to see you there.
