"People's eyes are opened and hearts are transformed when they can hear people's stories," says Moorestown's Tamara Johns. She joined with Karen Reiner of MooreUnity to participate in Our Stories: Brave Conversations on Race, which brings together five white people and five people of color for facilitated discussions of individuals' personal experiences with race and racism. Tamara and Karen are facilitating the program to South Jersey, and will describe the program and how they think it's helping to build some peace.
