Description: The South Jersey Quakers (SJQ) invite you to an evening of community, food, and fellowship as we gather to watch an important  event hosted by the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC). We will be streaming "The Quaker Peace Testimony and Palestine," featuring Joyce Ajlouny, General Secretary of AFSC.

Joyce, a Palestinian-American Quaker, will share AFSC's history of working with refugees since its founding in 1917, discuss current programs in Gaza, Jerusalem, and the U.S., and share her personal experiences. This is a unique opportunity to engage with important topics and connect with like-minded individuals.

• 6:30 PM: Arrive for food and fellowship.
• 7:30 PM: Watch Joyce's talk live from the Friends Meeting of Washington.All are welcome! Whether you're a longtime Friend or new to the community, we look forward to sharing this enriching experience with you.
